Barndominium (Rough In Only)

Great to work with, got the design just how I wanted.

These guys are amazing! You will not be disappointed with their work.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and generosity to our friend SubwaySean who is walking across the USA!

Generational Buildings did an excellent job , on our new 120x60 shop.Their workers were professional and knowledgeable. It was amazing how quickly things came together when they were on site. The quality and workmanship of the building exceeded my expectations!

I have used Generational Bldgs twice now. Great experience both times. Trenton is good to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Super happy. Quick and on time. Went from a pile of lumber on Thursday to finished on Tuesday.

Generational Buildings went above and beyond to not only meet- but exceed our expectations! Leroy walked us through the process and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this personal and professional company.

Second time using generational buildings and they knocked it out of the park again! Fast, efficient, and very good quality buildings. Highly recommended.

The crew did an outstanding job building my new shop! Was surprise how well they cleaned up afterward. Crew was friendly, attentive to details, and answered all my questions. Great job guys!!

Generational buildings built my home. But it was more than that. The home building process was about leading my family to christ. This experience will leave a Generational effect not only on my house but on my family. If your looking for a company who puts the lord first in everything they do, stop looking. I can't say enough about Leroy and what he stands for.

The guys at generational buildings are great to work with, very helpful, easy to communicate with and did an awesome job constructing a 40x80 building on my site. The site was cleaned up of any left over material and no trash was left behind. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely hire them again in the future.

I had such a great experience with Generational Buildings, they were on time, prompt and worked quickly! My building is beautiful and we can’t wait to enjoy it for years to come!

These guys are awesome!

My wife and I are first time home builders and Trenton and his team made the entire process easy. Clear communication the entire time. Trenton went through our plans with us and helped us with any modifications we wanted and offered suggestions from his years of experience. His crews were fast, timely, and delivered first-class work. If you are looking to build a shop or home we could not recommend Trenton and Generational Buildings more! We will come back to them with any future projects.

Great experience with our house build.

Generational Builders got in got my building done and record time at a great job. I would recommend them to everyone.

We built a house in 2023. Generational Buildings completed the concrete, framing and metal. They did excellent work, and kept their word! They were there on the days they said they would be there, and finished when they said they would be done - for the price they quoted ahead of time. They took pride in their work, and were happy to explain what they were doing through the process. They kept a clean jobsite. They always answered the phone when I had questions. They worked quickly, but the quality of work did not suffer. The small details stood out to us as homeowners, and the caliber of work was also noticed by other contractors. Example: the drywall crew we chose later asked who did our framing because they were happy to see everything was plumb and square. We look forward to working with Generational Buildings in the future.

Couldn’t have found a more professional group of people to help us build our dream home. Leroy was amazing to work with from the planning phase all the way to the completion. Sam and the rest of the workers on site were courteous, tidy, and above all true craftsmen. Most of the other trades that have came to work on our house after them have made comments about the quality of their work being better than what they usually see. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Great service and amazing flavor. Highly recommend it

We had them build us a 40x40 shed and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend.

Wow! You won't be disappointed. Amazing staff with honest and valuable guidance. I appreciate the truth shared here.

We hired Generational Buildings to do a project for us that consisted of attaching a shop to our current home, seamlessly extending parts of our current home into the new shop, and re-siding our current home to match the new shop. The idea and the vision we took to Generational were out of the ordinary so we wanted to make sure we used someone local and trusted to get it right. Working with Trenton throughout the process was easy and he made sure everything was done correctly to bring our idea to life and has continued to stand behind their work and commitment even after the project was completed. The foundation and concrete crew were quick and efficient while doing great work. The rest of the crew we worked with for the framing and metal work were very skilled and patient to make sure everything was completed correctly along the way. They were also very good about accommodating changes that came up along the way. There was even a time Trenton and Leroy came onsite with me to come up with the best way to tackle the most challenging part of the project and made sure it got done right. We love the way our project turned out and they did an exceptional job turning a complex job into a beautiful end result. Generational Buildings is a company of great people who do great work and stand behind the agreement they make with their customers. We would gladly use them again in the future.

The reviews speak for themselves on what you’re getting with Generational Buildings. They came highly recommended to me from another customer. I then started the conversation about my barndo with Leroy a few years ago and he left a great impression. I did thorough interviews with 3-4 other builders (who also build close to KC, MO). Fast forward to last fall through this May and Trenton was heading up my build. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, Trenton, Eddie (concrete/in floor heat), and Junior (lead on the building crew). These are hard working men of integrity. Several other contractors (and other builders) had great things to say about Generational as well. I’m sure they will be back out to my place for additional work in the future. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your build, you’ll be in good hands!

Generational and their team of professionals came in running and did not stop! They completed a 60'×100' stick built 2×6 framing on 16" centers with 16' walls and trusses on 4' centers and completely metal sided and roofed our building in 5 total days. They also finished siding on our 40×50 house within that same time frame. Thanks again to Freeman, Junior and his hard working crew, Team Spray Foam, Gutter crew and everyone at Generational Buildings!

Their tradesmen are professional and fast. They build high sheds

Generational Buildings far exceeded our expectations. Our project was unique and without hesitation they came thru for us. Our first 2 tries with another builder ended in disasters. At our breaking point Generational stepped in and took over. There are no words to describe the workmanship, the pride in the work they do, and work ethic we witnessed. It was top notch. The amount of work this small crew can accomplish in just a small amount of time is just beyond words! There is no comparison to any other crew we have seen in this area. We were amazed first by the compassion to our circumstances. The quality of work is exceptional. With all of the other crews we had in our past we never seen someone actually run to get anything done. We could go on and on with the comparisons to the good work vs poor work we witnessed with other crews. We have nothing but praise for Generational Buildings!!

Generational Buildings is built on integrity, honesty and trust. These men and there crews are wholesome down to earth men.

These guys are great to work with. If you have a vision, they will come up with a plan to make it come to life. From the concrete to framing to spray foam, this is a one stop shop. They have done very good work for us. You won't be disappointed giving them an opportunity to work with you.

We are very pleased with Generational Buildings! Their quality, craftsmanship and customer service is 5-star. Trenton was a pleasure to work with and we deeply appreciated the level of quality and commitment of every single Generational Builders employee. Our project offered a few challenges and Trenton and builders were incredibly adaptable and able to far exceed anything thrown their way. Shoutout to Reuben and crew who worked in less than favorable conditions. This company works with integrity and purpose which is hard to find these days. We are so happy with our building and would highly recommend using them for your next project!

Generational builders did a fantastic job on our garage and they were fast! I will recommend them to anyone who needs something done!! Thank you so much!

My wife and i work long hours all week. We were accommodated by our salesman and he met us at 7am on a Saturday to go over the build and get the process started. Our horse barn was completed by the date as promised and we are more than pleased with everything. Would recommend Generational Building to anyone

They built my 45x70 and did a fantastic job, would highly recommend them. Look forward to my next building with them!!

These guys were great, they got there on time, and hit the deadline they agreed to! We couldn’t be happier with their work!! 10/10 We will use them in the future!

We had a devastating house fire in December of '23 and when we went to Generational for a rebuild they were amazing!! They were experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, organized and very reasonably priced. The entire crew from start to finish were respectful and kind as well as friendly. I can't say enough good about these folks! Would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a beautiful build!!

I hired Generational to build a 30x50 pole barn with a 12ft lean-to on one side. The communication and quality of work was hands down some of the best I’ve ever seen. In my professional life, I work with contractors all over the country working on projects ranging from a few thousand up to $40 million. I’m used to having a punch list before the crew demobilizes. The quality of work was so good on this project that there was no punch list. Trenton was our primary contact and was great to work with. The crews were also very good. I was impressed with every step start to finish. If you need a building, there simply isn’t a better choice than Generational!

Great company to work with. They have went beyond what i expected.

5 stars love my 30x40 with 12 foot walls. had them do the spray foam insulation also. only regrets are on me I wish I had went bigger.

Their tradesmen are professional and fast. They build high sheds

Great to work with, got the design just how I wanted.

Great work, detail minded. Will have them do more work in future projects.

Amazing experience working with Freeman on building 10,000 sq ft building. Scheduling was chaotic on my side for dirt work preparation, but Freeman worked through it for us! They went the extra mile! Eddie (Concrete Head) and Freeman both helped run radiant heat flooring piping the day before concrete… in a time crunch! They care about the end result and streamline everything!

I would highly recommend Leroy and his crew. They are good, honest people who will do whatever it takes to construct your building the way you want it, and fast.

I have to say I was totally impressed! The quick construction and quality are superb! Was exactly what we wanted!

I have used generational buildings for several projects and I am always happy with their work. There concrete pillar system is the best out there.

Best barn builder in the area!

Generational buildings added a room for a closet and added two windows to our existing home. They arrived when they said they would, the job was completed ahead of schedule and they were very professional. Trenton Troyer was our contact person and managed the project. He was always quick to respond whenever we had questions and he was very professional. We couldn’t have asked for more out of Trenton. Generational Buildings would definitely be our first phone call if we have another project and will refer them to family and friends.

I am so happy with my new building! Leroy and his construction teams all did a wonderful job! Thank you so much!

Well deserved respect for the professionalism of the work team. Thank you for your talented team and support your company and would highly recommend the company in any future endeavors. Hats off!

Leroy and his team were amazing. Great communication throughout the process. All of the different teams, from concrete to framers, were professional and ensured we knew exactly what they were doing on each aspect of the project. We highly recommend Generational Builders! You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend. I hired Generational Buildings to build my 104’x56’ barndominium. Communication was great, Leroy and Trenton were super easy to work with, and the framing crew were very impressive. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate the fact that after each work day, the guys picked up after themselves and kept the job site clean and organized. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks, which is unbelievable. 5+ stars.

We chose Generational Builders to build our barndo because of the exceptional experience we had in 2009 when we built our home. We were hoping to have a similar experience this time around. We were not disappointed. Ethan and his crew came in with a level of professionalism that will put most others to shame. Our barndo was put up, framed and roofed within 2 weeks. There was not a single piece of trash left anywhere on the property. This crew was prompt, respectful, confident and responsible. I cannot recommend them enough.

From my initial contact with Trenton, my experience was exceptional. Everyone involved with designing, erecting, and finishing my building was nothing but professional. The team at Generational is a class act that stands behind their product and I’m confident that the final quality of my building exceeds that of most all others in the industry. Highly recommended!

The barn build went according to plan, Generational Builders delivered a high quality product. All phases from sales, concrete to build were handled in a professional manner.Upon completion there were no surprises, Trenton and the crew did a great job.

Great people with exceptional work definitely would recommend. 5 Stars!!!

5 stars

We have already recommended Generational Buildings to friends. We love the look of our roof and siding on our home. Adam Shipley took great care of us. He was responsive to all my phone calls and was always professional and helpful.

Dry van delivery Overnight parking allowed They, thankfully, woke me at 6am and had me unloaded at 6:30am. Very kind and professional

My experience with Generational Builders was great! Freeman, the project manager was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!! Everyone I dealt with in the process was great! I could not have hoped for a better group of people to do this project!!

Absolutely amazing to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone i know. Leroy is the best to work with! This is the second house I've built and had 10 times better experience with this company then the other!

My building turned out really great! All the workmanship was top notch!!

The Generational team is top notch. They do great work, on time and for a decent price! I highly recommend.

Excellent communication, workmanship, and pricing. All work completed promptly and with professionalism. 10/10 recommend Generational Buildings.

Freeman was very easy to work with ! very knowledgeable professional, a pleasure to be around and work with the builders were knowledgeable, friendly They accommodated our changes ,we were kept informed of the progress and of any setbacks Very satisfied with our building, would highly recommend them!!!

These guys are phenomenal. Built our entire building in two days. Usually fast means poor workmanship: Definitely not the case here. High quality workmanship, and attention to detail was evident! They installed our new windows we had custom-made when other AG building companies would not install our windows. I highly recommend Generational Buildings!

Great people, exceptional knowledge with a great finished product. Highly Recomend.

Generational performance was outstanding and timely. Leroy was great to work with and every thing that was promised in the bid was completed to perfection.

(Translated by Google) I agree to go if there is the opportunity (Original) Je suis d’accord d’aller s’il y'a l’opportunité

This company came highly recommended and I couldn't be happier! They did a great job , were on schedule, very polite and friendly. The building looks just like I imagined it. A complete suprise to me was how clean they left the jobsite when the project was completed. I am having them back to add the insulation as soon as the subs are done. Overall great experience!

Easy to work with and showed up when they said they would. If any problems arose (like in any building process) they were quick to communicate those issues. 10/10 recommend. Will use them again in the future

Everyone associated with my garage project was professional. Even when a couple of problems occurred they handled them without me having to be involved. Quality work, professional employees results in a project I'm n happy to show others.

Quality work done fast!

We are very happy with the construction of our new building.

They came in and got the job done quick and correct. Will be having them do more business.

Excellent communication during the entire process. Outstanding quality and customer support - 100% recommended

The Generational team is top notch. They do great work, on time and for a decent price! I highly recommend.

This is long overdue. We had a wonderful experience with Generational Buildings and the gentlemen named Trenton Troyer. He helped us build and design my dream shop. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is their priority. All teams of people throughout the project were outstanding. Large project and there we a few issues along the way. They took care of everything immediately. No questions asked. We built a 50x70 with a porch, spray foamed and 6" concrete floors. Do not hesitate to call them! I want to personally thank them all!

Leroy and his crew were great to work with! They were fast, reliable, and did great work! Multiple other contractors have commented on the quality of the work. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

Hands down the best place to get a building built! Very professional and knowledgeable

Leroy has been wonderful to work with. From our first initial meeting, to the job site, to the end of the build Leroy is concerned for the satisfaction of his customers. Everyone who was on the job site was great to deal with. This company has done a great job of building strong structures and a strong reputation. Leroy and his crew will always do everything they can to make sure it is done to your specifications and liking. Great people with strong values. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for your build.

Working with Generational has been a pleasure they provide a quality building and personal service. They take pride in their work and it shows, I look closely at details as I'm picky and don't mind bringing any concerns to light but they exceeded my expectations. Generational is a company of integrity.

Wanted to thank Leroy and his crew for building our beautiful dream home. From the very start, Leroy was always willing to listen to our ideas, the last minute changes and out of the box ideas that we had to make this home very special. Leroy, I can't thank you and all of the crew enough for your dedication to excellence, and the very special craftsmanship put into building our forever home.

Great group of guys to work with! concrete slab/piers/ new addition and reskin of existing building/ gutters and garage door they took care of it all in a timely manner and clean jobsite!

Very professional. Did what they said and showed up when others don't. No worries, you can depend on this company.

My wife and I recently had a building built by Generational Buildings! You couldn’t ask for a better group of guys to work with! This building was way more than we expected! I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you Leroy, Eddie, and everyone involved!

These guys are amazing! You will not be disappointed with their work.
